Documents To Be Completed
To Be Offered a Franchise, You Must Be Prepared to Complete the Following:
- Provide copies of your most recent bank statements and last 2 year's Federal tax returns.
- Remit a nonrefundable deposit in the form of a certified check for $5,000.00.
- Initial the right hand, bottom corner of each page of the Franchise Agreements after you have read and reviewed.
- Sign the Authorization Release Form.
- Sign the Staff Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement included in the franchise agreement.
- Sign and complete the Form of Franchise Compliance Certification included in the franchise agreement.
- Enclose a certified check for the remaining balance of the franchise fee.
- Complete training (i9 Sports University). You will be notified of the next training date.
